James Comey claimed in an op-ed Thursday that he does not care one way or the other whether Special Counsel Robert Mueller finds evidence that President Trump conspired with Russian Federation to influence the 2016 election or obstructed the FBI's collusion probe.

Answering questions from reporters on the South Lawn of the White House prior to traveling to OH on Wednesday, Trump said of Mueller's report, "Let it come out".

"I have no idea whether the special counsel will conclude that Mr. Trump knowingly conspired with the Russians in connection with the 2016 election or that he obstructed justice with the required corrupt intent".

Since his removal from the FBI, Comey has been an outspoken critic of Trump's attacks against the Mueller probe, the Justice Department and Comey himself.

Trump taunted the special counsel, suggesting he is "look [ing] forward" to seeing what Mueller came up with, while also dismissively describing it as an illegitimate effort to undermine his presidency by unelected bureaucrats. "We heard him time and time again say that he has no problem with something and then he does nothing".

He also acknowledged that not all countries in the region agree with the USA call for Maduro's ouster. Extra shipping containers and concrete blocks have been moved into place on the bridge.

The US House of Representatives voted 420-0 last week on a nonbinding resolution calling for Mueller's report to be released both to Congress and to the public, but it is not clear how the measure will fare in the Senate.

He drew criticism from both Democrats and Republicans for his role in investigating former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's emails during her 2016 presidential run.

Trump did indeed win almost 63 million votes in the 2016 election, but it was fewer than the 65 million for Clinton, who won the popular vote after racking up lopsided victories in big states such as NY and California, according to election data compiled by The Associated Press.

By an overwhelming vote last week, the House called on Barr to release whatever report Mueller submits to the Justice Department.

But there is one thing that Comey does hope comes of the Mueller investigation.

Amazon to Compete with Google and Facebook with its Own Mobile Ads
Amazon is requiring a $35,000 ad budget to run the spots at 5 cents per view to run the ads for 60 days, one person said. Still, this is expected to be a slow roll-out to see if it disrupts customers' shopping experience, so there's that.

He then voiced his support for the report's release but reiterated, as he has said previously, that if or how the report gets released is up to recently-installed Attorney General Bill Barr.

Mueller, a former Federal Bureau of Investigation director, was appointed in May 2017 with widespread bipartisan backing in Congress, four months into Trump's turbulent presidency.

"I got 63 million more, 63 million votes and now somebody just writes a report". I don't-I don't think people get it. "I don't think it's any evidence of anything that might happen in the future".

The argument that an investigation into a democratically elected President could amount to a coup in all but name could be a powerful one.
