According to the Wall Street Journal, Florida prosecutors have proposed to drop all of the charges against Kraft if he admits that he would have been found guilty, had the case gone to trial. If Kraft refuses the deal, he would be put on trial and, if found guilty, face a possible year in jail, although that would be unlikely.

According to Quinn, Kraft's focus is on distancing himself from any trafficking allegations and keeping the surveillance video of himself at the Jupiter, Fla. spa sealed.

The former federal prosecutor who helped negotiate that deal for the state, Alexander Acosta, was nominated as US secretary of labor by President Trump (an acquaintance of Epstein).

Kraft's lawyers did not respond to requests for comment Tuesday.

No one has been charged with human trafficking, and both women with whom Kraft allegedly engaged - 45-year-old spa manager Lei Wang and 58-year-old spa employee Shen Mingbi - are licensed masseuses and Florida residents.

Kraft has already pleaded not guilty to two charges of solicitation of prostitution, but that was expected from a procedural standpoint.

Aronberg spokesman Mike Edmonson said those who enter the program would be required to perform 100 hours of community service, attend a class on the dangers of prostitution and pay $5,000 per count. Numerous women are originally from China, were forced to live in the spas and were not allowed to leave without an escort, according to investigators.

It was also revealed that Kraft was serviced on the same day as the New England Patriots got ready to play the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.

In February, authorities announced that Kraft was videotaped twice paying for a sex act at an illicit massage parlor. Kraft lives in MA but owns property in Florida's wealthy Palm Beach, 80 miles (130 km) north of downtown Miami.
