Hawks, Magic Have Expressed Interest In Markelle Fultz

It's over; it's finally over.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski first reported that the 76ers have agreed to trade Fultz to the Orlando Magic in exchange for Jonathan Simmons, a first and second-round pick.

Wow, I'm not going to lie, that's a pretty solid haul.

Congressional hearings on the matter featuring Legere and Sprint's CEO Marcelo Claure are scheduled for February 13 and 14. Profits: T-Mobile's net profits dropped 76 percent in the fourth quarter compared to past year .

The selection of Fultz won't turn out to be a complete wash for the 76ers, but the return of a first-round pick from a projected playoff team, a second-round pick and Simmons pales in comparison to the haul of the No. 3 overall pick and additional first-round pick they sent the Celtics to select him.

He played just 14 games last season because of a shoulder injury that appeared to affect his shooting mechanics and made him one of the more scrutinized players in the National Basketball Association. Simmons' deal is much more tenable. "So, we believe that, at 20 years old, the sky's the limit for him".

This will put Fultz in a low-pressure situation, without the need to live up to the expectation as the top pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, rather working on regaining full strength in his shooting shoulder and working back on his mechanics in hopes to make a successful return.

Fultz is owed $9.75 million for the 19-20 season, which will be a problematic figure for the 76ers if they re-sign Jimmy Butler and Tobias Harris. Who knows, but that's no longer the Philadelphia 76ers problem. Despite being a 41.3-percent 3-point shooter in college, Fultz has connected on just 4-of-15 long-range attempts since entering the league.
