Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman attend the G20 leaders summit in Buenos Aires, Argentina, November 30, 2018.

Prior to the group photo gathering, Saudi Crown Prince chatted with President Trump and his daughter Ivanka, ahead of the start of the two-day meeting of the world's top economies, according to AFP.

Macron's demand came shortly before Theresa May held face-to-face talks with the crown prince in which she promised to send a "robust" message about the murder, as well as the war in Yemen.

While Turkey hasn't explicitly named MBS, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the murder was ordered at the highest level of Saudi leadership, though not by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Highlights include Macron's faux-exasperated "You never listen" ("I will listen, of course" allegedly replies a slightly sheepish MbS) and the crown prince vowing that he is a "man of his word".

US intelligence agencies have concluded the crown prince ordered Khashoggi's killing.

Trump said he "had no discussion" with the crown prince, but "we might", the official said. Later Friday, a White House official said Trump and Prince Mohammed exchanged pleasantries at a leaders' session - as the president did with almost every leader in attendance.

MBS is expected to meet with just a few leaders at the summit in Buenos Aires, including Putin.

In fact, Trump even cancelled a formal sit-down with Putin over Moscow's seizure of Ukrainian vessels.
