The New York Times this afternoon reports that U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his close friend at Yale, the basketball player Chris Dudley, were involved in 1985 bar fight that resulted in police being called.
According to a police report obtained by the Times, a 21-year old man accused Kavanaugh of throwing ICE at him.
Former Yale classmate Chad Ludington became the latest to accuse Kavanaugh of being dishonest, saying that when he watched Kavanaugh deliver his testimony under oath to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, he "cringed" and adding that he was willing to talk to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
