The meetings came as the US and China appeared to be hurtling toward an all-out trade war - and a week after President Donald Trump's historic Singapore summit with Kim, which the North Korean leader already appears to be reaping the benefits of.

Officials had announced Monday that planning for Freedom Guard had been suspended in line with Trump's decision to halt what he called U.S.
But Trump, after returning from his summit with Kim Jong Un in Singapore last week, struck a far less ominous tone.

Last year, the U.S. president threatened domestic manufacturers with a 35 percent tariff on cars produced outside the US. The initial wave of European Union retaliatory tariffs is aimed at American goods worth €2.8 billion ($3.2 billion).

In the Cabinet meeting, Trump acknowledged that "things can change".
In a tweet Sunday, Trump said that "holding back the "war games" during the negotiations was my request because they are VERY EXPENSIVE and set a bad light during a good faith negotiation". Going into the summit, Pyongyang repeatedly rejected unilateral nuclear disarmament.
The move came as the USA and South Korea cancelled two more training exercises.
"We will conscientiously fulfill our responsibility to address decades-long tensions and hostile relations, and open a new era of the North-US cooperation", the Uriminzokkiri report added, without mentioning North Korea's nuclear programme or Trump.
"That's OK. That's OK".
Supreme Court Rulings Leave Partisan Gerrymandering Question Open
And Democrats flipped two State Senate seats this year - Wisconsin's 10th Senate District and Wisconsin's 1st Senate District. A three-judge court threw out the map, saying the lawmakers who drew it were "motivated by invidious partisan intent".
"We'll be saving a tremendous amount of money", Trump said in a press conference.
