Kwesi Nyantakyi- Ghana FA president

On Thursday, the government of Ghana began action to dissolve the GFA "as a result of the pervasive nature of the rot within the GFA".

The latest documentary from controversial Ghanaian journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anasexposes this unfortunate truth.

The longest-serving President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kwesi Nyantakyi, who was virtually forced to resign yesterday, has rendered an unqualified apology to President Akufo-Addo for dragging his name in the mud in the Anas Aremeyaw Anas video.

Nyantakyi's ban was confirmed by the ethics committee on Friday.

Porsche to name all-electric model Taycan
Some of the spotted cars have been wearing exhaust exit surrounds that were fake and fitted to hide the car's identity. The Porsche is expected to have a similar price to the Model S too, somewhere north of $80,000.

Mr Nyantakyi has not replied to multiple requests for comment while the GFA has said it would cooperate with any investigation.

He also boasted of his relationship with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, suggesting the president and his vice, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, were susceptible to bribery, and that the two could be influenced with $5 million and $3 million respectively.

Nyantakyi, who is also a member of the Fifa Council, the world football body's legislative organ, was filmed in a hotel room allegedly taking a $65,000 bribe from a supposed businessman seeking to sponsor the Ghanaian football league.

According to a press release from the world football governing body on Friday, Nyantakyi's ban bars him from all football-related activities at both national and worldwide level.

Scott Pruitt Might Be the Cheapest Crook of All
The report comes as numerous reports on Pruitt's spending habits have distracted from the agency's work. Trump added that "people are really impressed with the job that's being done at the EPA".

"The Police Administration is assuring the public of due processes and encouraging persons with verifiable information to volunteer it to Police through the Financial Forensic Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters at Accra".

"Government will also communicate these decisions to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and the Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA), and engage with them on these developments to chart a way forward for Ghana football".

Football is by far the most popular sport in Ghana and while the national team, the Black Stars, failed to reach this year's World Cup finals, they were quarter-finalists in South Africa in 2010.

Arsenal To Meet With Fellaini Over Possible Free Transfer
What appears certain is that Barcelona aren't the favourites to sign him, with a move to Manchester United possible as well. But if Messi is keen on a certain player coming in at Barcelona , you sense the club will push hard to make it happen.
