SpaceX is preparing again to launch a Falcon 9 rocket carrying the SES-12 spacecraft after its Friday launch was canceled for additional testing. The original plan was for SpaceX's Falcon Heavy rocket to power the mission, but Musk said a few months ago that the company would probably use its "Big F-ing Rocket" (BFR) instead. Trudeau says Canada won't be pushed around by USA on tariffs
Trudeau says Canada has a "vested interest" in seeing the US economy do well, because it's so interconnected with our own. Trump also said in a separate tweet that "The United States must, at long last, be treated fairly on Trade".

The satellite could help broadcast television programs directly to more than 18 Million households in the Asia-Pacific region, along with the SES-8 satellite, launched in 2013 by SpaceX. The satellites will provide pay-TV operators the reliability and scalability to elevate viewing experiences by adding more content and delivering higher-quality picture quality to address the ever-increasing audience demand for high definition (HD) and Ultra HD content. The BFR is the rocket that SpaceX wants to use to get to Mars, and to make extremely quick Earth-to-Earth journeys. The decline primarily reflects a continuing global slump in manufacturing orders and launch contracts for large commercial satellites.

The SES-12 spacecraft was built by Airbus Defence and Space and will deliver high-speed data across Asia and the Pacific. "And satellite is one, and sometimes the only, way to connect 2G, 3G and 4G to those markets".
