Both of the passengers in the auto with Holmes are holding guns, including a woman identified as Cassandra Damper, 25, who has since been charged in connection to the shooting.

The shooting was reported about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of a Valero gas station at Almeda Road and Southmore Boulevard. A moment later, the gun goes off and Holmes could be seen slumped over in the passenger's seat.

Surveillance footage shows the doors of the vehicle flying open and two people jumping out following the incident.

'You're making me nervous, ' Holmes says in the video now circulating online.

In the video, which was shared on Facebook and Instagram, Holmes is seen wearing a white shirt and talking to the woman and another man who is also in the auto.

'Where you from again?' Holmes asks Damper points the gun at him and says, 'Say something, b***h'.

The gun then goes off just seconds after Damper can be heard saying: "Say something bitch".

She was arrested after she allegedly tried to wipe the gun residue off her hands.

Police identified the woman as Cassandra Damper, 25, who told police that she believed the weapons were not loaded.

Damper was charged with tampering with evidence.

SNCF strike disrupts travel in France
What remains unclear is whether Macron might offer further concessions to get the unions to back down before the strikes bite. SNCF workers fear they could lose job-for-life guarantees, automatic annual pay rises and a generous early retirement policy.

The unidentified male passenger in the vehicle has not been charged.

The other man in the video has not been charged.

Holmes was rushed to Ben Taub Hospital, where he remains in critical condition, police said.

Holmes' family has provided updates via Facebook, with one family member saying that he's now breathing and responding on his own, without the help of machines.

The Houston Police Department is treating the incident as an accidental shooting for now, but a grand jury will decide if any additional charges should be filed.
