New Orleans Pelicans center DeMarcus Cousins is one of the most skilled players at his position and an All-Star to boot.

DeMarcus Cousins was fined by the National Basketball Association for inappropriate language toward a fan. The award recognizes an National Basketball Association player for his exceptional work and its impact from the end of the regular season to the start of the following season.

Cousins has been assessed the most technical fouls in the National Basketball Association in each of the past two seasons.
