"Unprovoked firing by Pak forces on BSF posts across Jammu IB injured 3 BSF troopers (in Poonch & Jammu districts yesterday)", the Border Security Force (BSF) said in a tweet.

"They used mortars, automatics and small arms to target nine BSF posts in Arnia", the official said. On Thursday, two Pakistani soldiers were killed when BSF jawans retaliated to Pakistani attack.

A civilian was also injured in Pakistani troops firing, a police official said. He sustained multiple bullet injuries in the incident and died while being rushed to a hospital.
