To bolster its talent search, Amazon is hosting a multi-state job fair on August 2.
The company is looking to hire about 50,000 employees nationwide, it said. The company plans to make thousands of on-the-spot job offers to qualified candidates who apply on-site as part of Amazon Jobs Day. It will also fill supporting and managerial roles within its facilities, including human resources managers, IT specialists, and operations leaders, among other positions, the retailer said.
